Payment Methods
For shipments of Goods within Greece, the Company accepts payments by (a) credit/debit card, (b) PayPal, (c) bank deposit and (d) Cash on delivery.
Credit/Debit Card
In this case, the option of paying either the full amount in one lump sum or through a certain number of interest-free instalments is provided.
Information on this option will be provided at the final stage of payment of the price. After filling in your details in the order form, you will be re-directed to a special protected page of the bank cooperating with the Company, where you will be asked to fill in the number and expiry date of your credit/debit card, the three-digit security code of your card, as well as any other information deemed by the bank in question for your secure transaction.
Your attention is drawn to the fact that, during the processing of the payment by the partner bank and until the confirmation of the successful completion of your transaction, you should avoid uninterrupted interruption of the processing of the transaction.
Credit/debit card or digital wallet (Masterpass) transactions will be processed through the Electronic Shop using the services of the bank's Online Payment Processing provider with which the Company is contracted.
You are solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of your credit/debit card details and your wallet activation codes (username & password) and you must own the card/wallet used for the transaction in question.
The Company, for security reasons, does not store the details of any credit/debit card or wallet for future use, so you must re-enter the details each time you wish to make a new purchase.
Paypal
When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you go to the official PayPal website, through which you make your payment.
If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can create an account using the account creation process described on the official Paypal website.
In PayPal, you can choose how you wish to make your payment (for example, using a credit card) and then send the payment to the Online Shop. If your account is out of funds, the transaction cannot be completed, so make sure there is a sufficient balance. Your transactions are protected by the highest online security systems (digital certificate encrypted with SSL 3.0, 128 bit encryption) and for credit card & account data, special firewall protected servers not connected to the internet , which guarantee a secure transaction environment. In any case, the Company cannot guarantee that it can prevent the illegal use of information by unauthorized third parties.
Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for the non-execution of debits or commitments of amounts by credit/debit card in case of fault of the service provider.
Bank Deposit
If you select bank deposit as the payment method, then you must prepay your order (and any agreed costs e.g. transport) in its entirety in one single payment and not in parts to one of the Company's accounts that appear in the corresponding bank account payment field, giving your full name and the number of your order as the reason for the deposit. The order number will be indicated in the e-mail you will receive as soon as your order is entered. The relevant deposit must be completed within one (1) business day After the above deposit, the Goods included in your order will be reserved by us.

After the confirmation of the deposit of the total amount of your order, the processing and order confirmation process is followed and you will be sent the relevant emails and/or message and/or communication to the mobile phone you have indicated. In the event of failure to confirm the deposit of the total amount of your order within the above period of one (1) working day respectively, your order will be cancelled without any compensation and the sales contract will be considered as never concluded due to your withdrawal. In the latter case, a relevant message of cancellation of your order request will be sent to you at the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number you have provided to us.
Cash on Delivery
If you choose cash on delivery as a payment method (only for Greece) you must pay the courier service (courier) upon delivery of your order, otherwise the order will not be delivered. If the total value of your order exceeds 499 € there is no cash on delivery. The additional cost for the cash on delivery service is 2.50€.
Regardless of the payment method you choose there is the option of issuing either a retail receipt or an invoice.
An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, if they fill in the following information when placing their order: company name, VAT number, tax office and profession for freelancers.
The invoice/receipt will be sent with your order.
